Yara issues US dollar bonds

Yara launches its second 10-year US dollar bond offering pursuant to rule 144A/Regulation S, subject to market conditions. Yara issued its inaugural US dollar bond of 500 million US dollar in December 2004 with maturity in 2014. Yara intends to use the net proceeds of the new issue to repay short term financing.
