Magnus Krogh Ankarstrand

EVP & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Ankarstrand (born 1979) has served as EVP & Chief Financial Officer since March 2025. Magnus comes from the role as EVP Corporate Development and has held several key roles in the company since joining Yara as Head of Strategy 2012.

He was previously CFO for Industrial and SVP Yara North America, and CEO in Yara Clean Ammonia (YCA) between 2021 and 2024. He also has previous experience from The Boston Consulting Group and the Royal Norwegian Navy.

He holds a degree from The Norwegian School of Economics (NHH - Siviløkonom).
