Fernanda Lopes Larsen
Ms. Lopes Larsen (born 1974) has served as Yara’s Executive Vice President for Africa & Asia since October 2020.
She joined Yara in 2012, and has since held several senior positions in the Company, including from December 2016 to October 2020 as Senior Vice President for Indirect Procurement. Prior to joining Yara, Ms. Lopes Larsen held manufacturing and procurement positions in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry with Procter & Gamble (P&G), and with pharmaceutical multinational GSK (GlaxoSmithKline).
Originally from Brazil, based in Singapore, and holding dual Brazilian and British citizenships, Ms. Lopes Larsen earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Graz University of Technology in Austria. She also has a Master of Business Administration from IESE Business School in Spain, and a specialization in Corporate Innovation from Stanford University in the United States.
